Mike, I'd be sad to see/hear that you've given up. Tiling is a very satisfactory career. However, as you're dealing with people on personal levels you have to be savvy. If you go in with a negative attitude you'll attract the people that will try and pull the rug from under your feet. Go in with a positive attitude, always maintain eye contact, listen to what they have to say/want, explain how you do your job. You'll gain greater respect from your clients this way and be less likely to have customers trying to pull a fast one on you. You've got to toughen up mate, and I mean that in the best way:thumbsup:
