Need a replacement adhesive

Hi guys, ive run out some adhesive ive been using mapei keraflex (file attached).
Cant seem to find it stocked anywhere anymore 🙁 what would be a good alternative.

Tiles are 20x25. Ive got enough to cover the tanking membrane so it will just be skimmed plaster.

Problem i find with anything i am coming by is its all rapid setting stuff and low pot life. For a amatuer, i cant use a mix up fast and the keraflex stuff had a long pot life. Appreciate the help, thanks 😀
