New bathroom poor tiling?

Hi guys after some help. Could someone tell me if this tiling is of a standard I should be paying for? Or stopping work for it to be ripped out. Been told they need to touch up grout in places and Silicon will hide etc. but I’m not happy with lipping etc

Yeah I agree problem is guy who I employed to do bathroom is making excuses up now for his so called tiler he uses
