morning folks

just been speaking to a pal of mine about work, and he works for a large new build company driving the manitou/forks. and the word is the new build site near me wich was meant to be 6 years work is starting building again in the nxt 2 months is this a sign that things are getting better???

there must be some truth in it cos there building the showhouse as we speak, why else would they build it?? this second phase there releasing is 250/300 homes in a very posh area aswell. so lets hope things are gonna be good this year...

I have noticed 3 sites near me have started up again after laying dormant for the last 12 months

Yes there seems to be activity on sites again. It will be slow to affect us as we are the "end" trade but i believe its moving ...even if slowly.

Quite a few sites up this way are back in full swing again..
