New here - hello!

Hi everyone!

I'm Kate and I'm the wife of a tiler who likes to get me involved in his work!!! :wink_smile: In other words, I man the phone, do the office stuff and try to cheer him up when he's having a bad day! I also work but in a completely different job for a local charity.

The forums look great and I'm hoping I will find answers to all my husband's tiling questions and impress him no end!

James, my husband, has tried to bury his phone in grout and adhesive as well Sean.... he has found that water does the trick (has worked twice LOL)


And as for cheering him up.... I find that a good meal, a beer and money to go to the pub normally works wonders !!!

I can see it all now.... home from the pub, nice cold beer poured for him as he gets in, serve him a homecooked dinner, ask how his day went (won't mention mine - not good time for that), ooo and ahhh in all the right places and then go for the kill...
