welcome to the forum....you have your work cut out if your "boss" has, should we say a "variable" tolerance threshold!
BTW, I dont use a spreadsheet for pricing, and i don't use the "feel" factor (tried and lost money!) - Invested in a copy of Sage Accounting - it gives me the ability to quote etc., and lets me enter all purchase notes and convert quotes to invoices, o bank rec's and everything - saves a fortune in accountancy fees come year end too - also then creates a customer database for "marketing" too!
