the FA wants to stop doing what it's initials imply, and start churning money back into the game, starting with proper coaching of the youth teams, we really are gonna become even further left behind until we sort this out. It doesn't matter if the next coach comes from Mars, he can only make a success if he has capable players to do it with:mad2: (rant over!)
