I wonder why some have and some haven't received the 2013 packs?........ Disappointing I haven't got a 2013 Schluter pack as Dural have sent me their pack of samples and literature already

I didnt get anything rrr: although when they we're giving away free stuff last time I got a bucket and a t-shirt. The bucket broke on the first day of using it, and the t-shirt was 2 sizes to big. Still it was free
