LOL was good to read what you did anyway mate. Some customers are a nightmare but had i of quoted the job then i would of known the bloke was going to be a nightmare and would of over priced or not bothered quoting lol. lesson learnt anyway and it nearly wrecked my xmas by putting me in a foul mood!
