I'm involved in a similar job, customers on holiday and nightmare tiling. Got the floor tiled today (job nearing completion) but was half a tile short, the biggest peice I had was 12mm too short.

Wickes tiles supplied by customer so thats another hour and a half wasted tomorrow while I go and get them.
