Oversite Depth - tile adhesive and screed thickness?

in terms of drying time before fitting kitchen, tiling (even walking on it) what's the absolute minimum with a 75-85mm sand/cement screed and can it be sped up in any way without any negative impact on the screed or finish? I didn't really understand how/what the keracoll is or does.
