Panoramic camera

Been having a bit of a play with the panoramic camera this week, still need a bit more practice I think but, not too bad. A before and after.

It was such a small room that I had to do it from the door, it would work better in a bigger room I think, I'll have a go in the living room and see how that turns out.

No good, I haven't got a big light so the picture didn't turn out. I'll do it in day light and post tomorrow.

Hey Bri how's that cutter going have you tried it yet?? Sigma is awesome for me. Also what's the difference between a panoramic and a wide angle lens as i've been thinking of getting one for just what your doing.

Hey Bri how's that cutter going have you tried it yet?? Sigma is awesome for me. Also what's the difference between a panoramic and a wide angle lens as i've been thinking of getting one for just what your doing.

Not had a chance to use it yet, bet I get 300x300's for the next 3 months :lol: I know it'll be spot on though, it is a Rubi after all. From what I can work out, the difference between the two cameras are, a wide lens takes the picture from one position, the panoramic you have to sweep the camera around the room then it joins it all together (requires a steady hand!). I think the panoramic would work well from a tripod to aid stability, it's a bit of a gimmick to be honest, wide lens is the way forward, estate agents have been using them for years to make bedsit's look like mansions :lol:
