I think one thing with coloured grout is once its mixed, keep mixing a bit longer. Seems to make a difference. I've always been a spatula guy though for mixing grout, with a dedicated spatula and bucket for each colour.

ive had exactly the same problem with 110 manhatten grey this week,hoping its going to dry out but im terrified it wont.I used a mechanical mixer and measured with a water bottlenot gonna sleep tonite.
Did you sort out this problem??? With the 110 manhatten Grey.. Ive got a whole bathroom that looks terrible as its all dried from the correct colour to charcoal grey!! Looks terrible. any advice???
