New shower installed Nov 2013 , white bumpy tiles 250 x 200 tiled onto hardibacker boards, Feb 2014 bottom row of tiles cut approx 250x70 have turned grey, rows above still white, any ideas of cause and best solution to rectify so as to avoid it happening again. Installer blames tiles, tile company blames installer. No idea what tile cement or grout was used.
