Hi, First time posting.
Looking for local tiler for the following project.
Retail fit out Clapham Jnc - London.
Wall and floor tiles supplied by us .. JG so labour only price to include adhesive and grout.
Wall tiling approx 26m2 floor to ceiling approx 3.8m high.
Brick bond pattern.
Substrate new plasterboard.
Tile dims allow for 150 x 75 x 10mm gloss ceramic.
2mm grout joints.
Day time work or night if preferred.
Scaffold tower available for use.
Also
Labour and materials price to supply and pour...
Approx 12m sq SLC required to power floated con slab max depth 4mm (Tiled area)
Approx 20m sq SLC required to bring conc slab up to finish tiled floor level - 3 mm so looking at approx 10mm.
Also
Floor tiles supplied by JG.... so labour only price to include adhesive and grout
Brick bond pattern.
Approx 12m sq 600 x 600 mm Graphite structured porcelain ID 12637N (Walls & Floors)
Include for night work.... 6pm start available.
Also
Labour and materials price to supply and fit....
Approx 20m sq Poly Safe 4150
Approx 19 m run cap & cove.
Parking charged at around £12 per day.
Water on site
All rubbish to be self cleared from site.
Total fit out now being tendered and job due for imminent start.
