PLasterboard?

I know Gaz, your advice is spot on mate (as always), was just re-enforcing the fact that you must prime plasterboard as some others have advised otherwise.

I would not dare challenge your knowledge of BAL products or tiling mate, maybe your sanity though:wink_smile:

Thanks Martin I do of course question my own sanity. PS can you give Reaper his retail tag plz I would be eternally gratefull:icon10:

I have pm'd Dan requesting just that mate, but the fate of the reaper lies in the hands of Dan, as he is the only one with the power to grant such a wish.

I'm sure it won't be a problem mate.

damn it, my trade supplier advised me that blue star would be fine, plus i didnt need to prime it.

This is going to end up being an expensive job for me as i havent quoted for any of this.

🙁

If you think you're not going to make any csh dont do the job. Call them and say you'e foun out tht you need to use a different type of adhesives / grout than normal due to the area it's in although your labour price wont change.

If they want to pay a bit extra do the job. But dont get out of bed for nothing.

Gaz, given your new friend the Retailer tag as requested. The he is named Sandra though I think so I assume he's a She really. (judging by their email address anyway)

Why do you need to prime plasterboard when using white star?? i thought it had a primer in it and only needed to prime if plaster.

Put me straight Please gang.
