No.. they have a rubber drip protection strip... that will always leak if you cannot divert the water from the shower.

Hi Karen, I also meant to add that our bath is the same as the picture you posted and we have had the same problem.
when we moved in there was a shower screen fitted but that just caused the water to collect into a resevoir!
Untill I can afford to redo the whole bathroom i removed the screen and replaced with a curtain and put a wall of silicone with a slope so the water runs back into the bath.
not really great to look at but it does the job for now

It does seem a really daft design for a bath... goes to show, good looks aren't everything...

The bath is the wrong way around for the Screen to work properly. The shower would have been better over the tap end. A shower curtain is the best bet I am afraid.
