Normally laying porcelain is pretty much like normal ceramics except that the tiles are harder. Use a flexy adhesive and grout. As for sealer, I have never laid poloshed porcelain so haven't used any products but I know Fila and Lithofin do appropriate stuff for sealing.

Couple of bags of SPF and a 10kg bag of grout will more than suffice. You didn't say what the floor was made of or what depth/width of grout line you will be having so the above is just a general summary.
