and if there production costs are low why are they charging people loads for there tiles!

When you get to that size of company, only profit matters Ash!!!

As Stef says down at Rays the other week no problem on sizing there, it can be done.

the only problem we get is batch numbers with them we had the same tile same shade but different batch numbers and colour difference was stupid so bad we wasn't going to lay them we find the urbatek floor tiles are the worst

Had some tiles from China last week a few were bowed but the biggest problem with them was the weight. 32kg psm. 600x300 porcelain and only 10mm thick.
