When I worked for miller homes we had full discount & were getting their tiles for between £12/£14m2.
The retail on these were £38+vat.

No I'm not still in 1979 lol I contract for a very big house builder and we get a special rates if the tiles are on the spec I can get it cheap

Ye I had a customer who wanted Bali nieve they were quoted 38+Vat I got them for 15 quid
