No its a swimming pool with Vanishing edge , i went in at 21m2 as well as a price for the sand/cement work , but not sure they are a serious punt the lad that rung me sounded young and insincere the way he spoke to me ! still at least we are around -it

I read it wrong too, i was gonna say lay a sand and cement floor for £20m2!!!! That sounds about right if there's not much in the way.
330x330, i did 90m2 of those a few months ago, they felt tiny after the monsters that we use these days.
