Every man has his worth, it's just surprising(maybe not. Lol) that the converted brickies joiners and the got up one day & decided to be tilers etc that are tiling are asking for more money than established tilers. Tbh I'd been lookin more than £10M for those 800x800 lol

Some of us live in more affluent areas where these prices are the norm
