Guys many thanks for the advice.

Hadnt come across a floating floor so so gratefuil for the threads. Good advice as expected. Will go back to the customer and advise. Might do his laminating instead lol. Advise hiom to get laminate that looks like tiles. Less money but hey it all counts doesnt it.
