pricing for waste tiles

m2 I tile only.............not fair to charge for something I didn't do.

Pretty much how I look at it, but if some get paid for it then good luck to them

some of the old tilers used to charge per cut and it s the same principle- your handling and cutting those tiles no matterwho supplies them so why not charge for it!! it worked out to at least a $ 10000 pay rise for me

im sorry guys but up here we charge for the lot , ie if the room area is 18m2 but ive used 20m2 then that is what you charge for, everybody i know does it that way and thats the way ill always be doing it...

I suppose I could add the extra percentage into metre rate or in the materials somehow if supplying. Because it's labour only I'll stick to exact for now and make more money with more experience.
Theres so much competition at the moment and I want to get the job.
