Primer before waterproofing?

Good evening.

I’ve got plasterboard walls. I’m going to use either bal primer apd or sbr and bal flex fibre plus.

I’ve read that I have to waterproof the plaster board as well. In what order do I put the primer and waterproofing on? Which comes first?
