prt thats no probs as grumpy travels all over the highlands and islands ,he will do your tiling jobs for you and he is not that expensivee...lol.. only kiddin Russ

Thanks for all your comments guys, I will have some questions in the future regarding a new house with suspended floors but I don't know the specifics of the job yet. I was reading through some related threads last night and it was very informative, this is a great forum and am glad I joined.
The techniques I have seen on site around here definitely leave a lot to be desired.
