I signed up to rated people not so long ago, as they have an offer on at the moment. Some of budgets people have for work are completely unrealistic. £100 to skim 3 ceilings over artex. £200 to replace full bathroom suite and tiling. I put in a bid to skim a 1 wall, sounded straight forward, but when the customer sent me the picture it had 8 sockets on it and all sorts of other stuff on the wall to skim round fireplace in the middle lol. Bid would have cost me £12 if I hadn't got it for free, if I had seen a picture of it I would never have tendered.
