I never do regrouting...even in my own house. Its much easire to rip the tiles off with your teeth and retile with your hands tied together. Knew one guy who did a regrout job and got so mush hassle due to the odd chipped tile. Customer wanted him to replace the whole area at his expense...not worth the hassle IMO.
 
I did a re grouting job last week and used my new makita multi tool with the grouting blade. Worked great. Check out the pics below of what the guy did as he didn't like the mouldy grout. ****ed myself when I seen it. Tried to price myself out but he accepted the quote. He put white Silicon over all the grout lines. Lol

Brilliant! As DIY bodge jobs go that's right up there with some of the best!!
