Is there a ready-mix flexible adhesive on the market that is suitable for Quartz floor tiles?

Plenty available in B&Q and Wickes.

(If you want it all to fail!)

You have to use a cement based, very low water content modified adhesive. Check with the tile manufacturer what they recommend.
Personally, I use Tilemaster Ultimate, or BAL Stone and Tile PTB.
