Over the past few months i am really feeling the stress of the trades wear and tear on my joints..

My left knee has really given me grief but is at a stage where i can work with knee pads ok.. but my hips / back etc etc are showing the signs...

So the past few weeks i am now on Ibuprofen 400g... and do feel like a new person.. i can tell though when i do forget to take them.. all the years of body abuse from weights to running / cycling and martial arts / fighting etc are showing their teeth on my joints...

Does anyone else take anti flams now ..?

Been taking ibuprofen for several years and have steroids every so often. Also take glucosamine sulphate and cod liver of daily. Just started using honey from New Zealand which is supposed to help. £15 a pot I certainly hope it does anyway.
