Hi Mark

I "recycle" mine at the local recycling depot (dump) They have a skip solely for ceramics

Paul

I get customers to dispose of them, if it's in a full refurb, there's often a skip on site too:thumbsup:

also can anyone advise me, i recently stripped 3 shower rooms of tiles, and thought the bloke was gonna give me a couples of days money, but instead he asked how much do i want? is there a price for removing

Daywork rate plus any costs incurred removing wastage....you do have a waste management licence dont you ?

If there is not many tiles then I bag them up into black bin bags and tape up the end, and into the Domestic wheelie bin they go.

no, he took the tiles in his van and put them in his skip. i just stripped and put in monkey tubs and took them downstairs, i aint ever heard of one sir

my binmen come every fortnight, and theres no room in the bin for our own rubbish

i get customers to dispose of now,,waste carriers licence and payments on every time i enter the dump is too costly at the moment
