Restoring fireplace tiles

Hello,
I bought a new house in Jan and yesterday discovered a 1920s tiled fireplace behind a gas fire and surround! The tiles are what I would call 'London Underground' tiles and are dark/mid green. I love the fireplace but there are quite a few chips and drill holes in the surface. Does anyone know of any techniques/products to fill or disguise holes and chips?

I know...techno-fear! I'll try to put some up later.

Is it even possible to fill chips etc in this way? It doesn't need to be perfect just to improve the general overall look... The drill holes are a different matter though as they are quite bad. The only other advice I have had is to replace the worst ones

hi and welcome to the forum, you can get resin filliers and colour to mach the colours.
