restoring flagstones

Pictures of about two hundred year old flagstone in the before picture the sides were painted with about 5 layers of different grey paint joints were mixture of cement and lime and polyfiller. Stripped using Aquamix products and various combinations of paint strippers as well as grinders etc hard work but finished article was worth it. Have you tried the knotted wire rotary brushes on your angle grinder as well! (I think Daves got em now as well at TRADETILER. They are brilliant for marks on Flags and Slate. I also use a variable speed 43cm rotary scrubber fitted with a tynex head for bigger stuff.

Actually used them on the last job on my Cordless Grinder was good but need vac beside it as was messy.
