if floor is near enough flat would be able to do at least 20sqm a day on my own. could also seal at end of day as well.

Some guy got it for £23 inclusive. No way would/could i do it for that!

lucky escape mate you would have had to back butter every tile or use a large format solid bed trowel the person who got it will be a big firm who only pay the fixers £12 a metre and who buy in bulk direct from manufacturer
