i should have been at t in the park . bought my tickets from a trusted seller , but never received tickets, serves me right i suppose , should have gone through ticket master, seller has vanished of the face of the earth

i didnt use pay pal ,paid money direct into her bank, not the full amount , she said when you get tickets you can pay rest for that reason i trusted her

I dont think ebay will refund you unless you paid via paypal, especially as concert tickets are fall into the 'questionable' section of the listing policy. Best to open a dispute and see what they say, especially if the seller is an ebay trusted seller. Remember she may have suffered the loss of a loved one, been in a car accident, live in the town where the gunmans been and not been able to get them to you, been taken ill etc etc etc......

Its more likley if shes an ebay trusted seller, that somethings happened like the above, then she's ripped aload of folk off. Condidering she must have previous good feedback on a large scale to get the trusted seller tag.

Sorry mate up the creek without a paddle i reckon. You could try the bank or police for advice as its deception, other than that i reckon its one to put down to experience.

Personally i dont think they should be allowed to sell them anyway.

Open the dispute, see what happens, I dont think you'll get the money back. What was her feedback before?
