Do you mean an Ebay trusted seller?

I dont think ebay will refund you unless you paid via paypal, especially as concert tickets are fall into the 'questionable' section of the listing policy. Best to open a dispute and see what they say, especially if the seller is an ebay trusted seller. Remember she may have suffered the loss of a loved one, been in a car accident, live in the town where the gunmans been and not been able to get them to you, been taken ill etc etc etc......

Its more likley if shes an ebay trusted seller, that somethings happened like the above, then she's ripped aload of folk off. Condidering she must have previous good feedback on a large scale to get the trusted seller tag.
