Scottish freeze

roof spaces look well insulated tho Stew, not much sign of heat escaping onto slates

They are but my utility room has frozen, so no washing machine or sink on there.

for every one who as a combi boiler make sure you check your over flow condencing pipe is not frozen seen a few these last few days including mine

to late for me water back filled into boiler well sick

mine was frozen again this morning, so I've cut the overflow pipe in the airing cupboard and put a bucket underneath for now
