To update for future ref.

Can't get hold of the Otto rep, ring tone appears to show he's out of the country. Mapesil LM, expensive and around here at least, not avaialable. Have now found Norcros and Ardex do silicones suitable for stone work that are available in various colours and in the case of Norcros, reasonable money!

He has indeed called back. It would appear that two primers are required and due to the cost it isn't worth me buying into the system.

Have been recommended Bal Silicon by a manager of a local shop. Bal don't make a neutral cure Silicon. it would also appear that Norcross don't either so that is also duff info!

Ardex is the way forward, at least local to me at any rate.

Have done a air bit of research! I like to get it right but also don't want to spend the money i I don't have to!

Had a brief, very brief chat with stone worktop guys yday and they weren't specific but they said they only ever use otto!
