I didnt seal either but now the bathroom is being used the customer is complaining of water marks on the tile after showering I have tried to explain its a hard water area and they will ultimately always get a little lime scale on the tiles they said that the supplier had suggested sealer ,I cant see how this would stop lime scale/water marks ,any suggestions ?

suggest to her that the guy who supplied the tiles might be the best person to solve the problem as most manufactures suggest not to

water softener being installed in about a months time, I have been back to the job 4 times now because she has ocd and keeps thinking there is something wrong with the tiles , i go there clean the tiles she is happy then 2 weeks later she is on the phone she has been a really difficult customer from start to finish I have tiled the shelf in her shower alcove twice first time it didnt have enough fall and she was worried that the water would sit on it ,it was fine but i redid it anyway to keep her happy now she says there is too much fall on it and she wants it redone again worst of all she comunicates via the interior designer who doesnt help by givng in to her every wish and who is holding on to my final payment until the "snaggin" is done :mad2:

Gary hope it is costing her each visit

I doubt it - I've had customers like this in the past:mad2::mad2:they'll give you a ridiculous snagging list, then when thats done and in theory they should be happy, they'll produce another one with items that weren't on the first:incazzato::incazzato: then you'll do that one and they'll think of something else:yikes:I think some people just want their pound of flesh:thumbsdown:

an impregnator does not leave a shinney surface (make slippery) some matt porce should be done as it stops staining like you have:8:
you pretty much can tell within 5 minutes of working with them which ones need a coat of impregnator and which ones dont i tend to do all light coloured and chinese matt porcelain, this woman is a major pain in the derriere and owes me over £2000 and is a classic nit picker
