good evening gentlemen.
what i would like to know,do you gentlemen seal tiles b4 laying or once you have laid them, also what products do you use to seal. The tiles i ill be sealing are those highly polished ones they are very light in colour and from the test i did they stain fairly easy.
thanks in advance

me personally i would seal them first with lithofin mate, saves any marks you may get with addy or grout

Hello.......dpends if yo have the space and time to seal first.but deffo before grouting...Lithofin FZ impregnator is my choice....perfect for porcelain...

For porcelain tiles. special impregnation fluid with special oil and grease repellent additives. Lithofin FZ Protective Impregnator creates an oil and water repellent zone, and is especially effective on low absorbancy surfaces.
This helps reduce sensitivity to staining and makes stains easier to remove.
Surfaces protected with this treatment are less sensitive to dirt and easier to maintain.

well, thank you gentlemen what a fast response,so i take it that they still may stain but stains easy to remove? I should have said they are being laid in kitchen, what is the cost of the sealer and is it readily available.
