IMO you should never grout an internal corner, as it will always crack! You should always use Silicon on internals and where it meets the ceiling, you should use caulk if it's to be painted. Created on iPhone.....

You could paint water based Silicon when I used to use it has it changed or have they stopped making it ?

Perry - Water-based Silicon is NOT Silicon! It's latex caulk or equivalent. Much lower strength and flexibility. Can't use this for applications requiring water-proofing.
