Discuss Show Us YOUR Work Thread - Tilers Pictures in the Tiling Work Showcase Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Edit May 2024: THIS is a New Show Us Your Work Thread for 2024 Onwards

This is the new Tilers Showcase Forum where we want new tiling work added, with each tiling job you complete having a thread of its own so people can see what kind of work you do, and potential customers can find your work

I thought it was about time we had a thread dedicated to all members of Tilers forums to show us any work that they do.

Be it from installing a kitchen to garden decking. Show us your work! Get those pictures taken, but then do something with them! Actually add them to a thread and some facebook groups with your website link in them etc and it'll help spread the tile love. :)

If you have done a job then please do share it with us.

Pics are a MUST as what is the point of sharing a job without them...

So if you do a job and you take a few pics then please do share it with us.

Lets make it a big thread for all to view and input in.

Thanks Dave ..:thumbsup::thumbsup:

just one pic of show garden at chelsea 2004.
this was really interesting.,
I have many photos of lead up and how we cut stone off site to pre agreed radius for steps, water rill and pond surround but cant work out how to copy from only photos.
this was the first show garden my mate andy sturgeon had been asked to do.
i think it was a massive gamble but he came out with a decent medal and has never looked back.
as it happened he went on to win many golds i think for show gardens and best in show, along with gardening world cup winner in tokyo 2010.
the soak away funnel was the end of road petrol tanker !!!

this is a subterrean pool in private house east sussex.
we were going down approx 7.00 mts i believe. did the stonework in most of house but only posting from ground floor down as this was most interesting.
ordered jerusalem gold light from stoneage for entry and double staircase down to pool.
this was probably the best quality jerusalem light i have ever received.
ordered over size, templated and bullnosed on site by us with portable dewalt water fed router.
first set of stairs set to a very shallow radius to follow curve of wall
at mid level in wine cellar laid brazilian 900 x 600 on floor and builder fixed the slabs for laying bottles.
another level down and we are in to the pool house , which is also used as gym and cinema.
again brazilian green slate for pool surround which was an excellent product.
inside of pool done by pool company finished with chinese green slate. very funky but dont know how this will fare over the years.

Love that Jonny, would you like to have a go at the pools then ? i think i know the company who did the pool ,i have done a few Chinese Green slate jobs ! and the company i have in mind sort of specialises in them .......
dave ,
it was rainbow pools who did the inside tiling . not my favourite pool company. have you heard of problems with slate in pools as well??
client wanted me to do inside as well as surround but i was a bit nervous about this chinese slate. I had heard some horror stories about it changing colour and joints bleeding white. it does look really cool though especially with pool lighting on.
the brazilian stuff i supplied for surround and copings was great product to work with.
Ive only ever done the inside of one pool and that was only because no one else would touch the tile product . i had worked for client before and she was desperate to use moroccan habibi mosaic. i will see if i can dig out a photo of that pool.
