Pictures Shower enclosure tile base grout is non existent!

Hey guys,

I am wondering what the best solution would be to fix my parent's shower enclosure. The grout in the base is completely missing and filled with Silicon in places. The rest of it is fine!

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Scrape out the Silicon, regrout and Silicon the wall to tray corners.
