Where did you get it from Sean??
CJ, got it from The Ceramic Tile Company Ltd. I spoke with Richard Thomas (the MD), as I was a bit confused with all the different model numbers. I wanted the latest machine, but he did not sell it. I also wanted the carry case, but was unsure if the machine I wanted actually fitted in the case. So to be certain, he contacted Sigma UK and they sent out a 3C2M and a case (£361). Lovely piece of kit and so glad I got the case too. Cheers Sean

Lol yes matebi agreebi just knownsigma provides precision and no messing with the tiles I plan to cut atm. 3b2m Max is what I will be going for I think. Many of my tools are lower value but I feel that a good manual and wet cutter are essential and when a customer see's a cutter that looks like a spaceship, they will know that I am the real deal haha..... Yes stick to the topic please... Lol.

Id say your slightly misinformed there, if your talking about precision then I'd say the rubi cutters slightly edge it because of the visibility of the wheel for point to point cutting. Sigma are more about quickness, robustness and breaking power. I think the 3b would be a very wise choice for you though although I would opt for the pull handle (quicker). I have both handles and much prefer the pull to push score. Also, don't think customers judge you on your cutter, they only care about the finish of your work and the price... They generally know nothing about your equipment so don't think they are judging you if you have cheap tools ;-)

I know mate was just kidding about the customer seing it lol... I understand what your saying having used both sigma and rubi cutters. But overall sigma seems the better option and as long as the middle mark lines up with the cutting mark on the tile that's precise enough for me. Also my dad who has been in all parts of the building trade over the years saw me drilling a hole in a tile and had never seen a diamond hole saw before so I know what you mean lol. I appreciate your opinion though Charlie thanks for the input. Sigmas rail bar and handle seems so much more solid and for me is an overall winner. Point to point on a rubi is very good though due to the scorer being on the little bar so easy to see but if you come across a nice thick tile you may risk bending those lovely sleek rail bars lol
