I have just had a quick look for some facts, but drew a blank :mad2:, for now. However, my understanding is that a high modulus Silicon has greater anti-fungal and mildew resistance properties.
Ok i wasnt sure about it either so i looked as well! My understanding it the low modulus is more flexible and high is 'stiffer'. So probably ok for low movement ares like corners, wall to floor etc.
Didnt look into the antifungal side of it. Although i have to say i sealed my shower tray with Screwfix no nonsense Silicon 3 half years ago and its just starting to grow on it now, having said that its also growing on the grout too.
