i will be tiling my kitchen and my bathroom so do you put a bead of Silicon where the tile meets the ceiling and do you do the same were they meet the kitchen units?

decorators caulk around the ceiling and Silicon around kitchen worktops.

I Silicon any Joints Were There is Going To Be limited movement & Wet Areas

As above, I Silicon all my movement joints but as Sir Ramic says, caulk should be fine between the tiles and the ceiling.
