do you mean that once a year we will have to use hg stainremover to take off all the impregnator and start again, or just re do the polish bit. i didnt want any sort of gloss finish on the tiles, but cant see any way round this now.

The Hg Remover Will Remove Only The Old Coats Of Golv Polish . You Can Get Away With Just Using The Impregnator The Golv Polish Just Gives That Added Protection.
