sounds like you have found the problem yes tiles will come off clean in first 24 hours when mixing mix to right consistancy then let sit for five mins then re stir then use deffo back butter slate
the screed is it just sand cement mix or other type
and as advised above bring floorheating in slowly about 1-2 degrees per day
