SLC-day work or price

Hello.

What would be ongoing rate to lay heat mat and cover it with slc.
Got 11m2 to do(hall going into a bathroom - price or day rate
What you guys think.If price how much would you charge per m2 or whole job.

If price how much per m2 what would work better.Job is in London(surrey)

Day rate plus materials, Weber floor flex is my SLC of choice, ultra is nice to use also.

Mapei ultraplan, mixed with latex plus.

Weber Floor Flex for me. Not a fan of Mapei leveller. I've used Ultra Level It but the only place I can get it is Topps and thats a no no in my opinion.

Ultra has been my choice for years, but Mark from tilemaster arranged some samples for me and I have to say Levelflex is now my choice, awesome stuff.

Remember you should be using 2 zonal areas for the mats hall and bathroom! They don't advise going across doorways. You can price it up per metre and base it on a day rate basis. 11 sq mts is only a couple of hours work but with travelling and overheads you may find half a day can cover your costs if you can use the rest of the day profitably.
