Slurry mix - ONLY WORKABLE FOR 3 HOURS?

My 17kg slurry mix says workable for 3 hours. Would it not keep till next day covered. Would I be best mixing up a 3rd at a time as I will never get all 46 60x60 slabs down in 3 hours? Please advise regards David.

It says workable for 3 hours so will probably keep til the next day but only if you start mixing it at about 10pm.

😆 Mixed a third and kept it useable for 7 hours!
