do anybody know how to start a claim ,can you do this on line?? any info would be a help !! do this procedure cover us in scotland ?? cheers for any comments guys/girls

Watched a program this week about small claims courts, and its not worth the paper its written on.

It's too late now. You can't get Adebayor back through the courts:lol:

you have to lodge it through through the small claims court,in whatever court district you are in,you have to fill in forms with all the details and they set a court date while issuing the defendant a letter to either accept/decline responsibility for the matter,this offers them the chance to pay in full/part payments or take the matter up in court on the given date
